Often, when we release an update, users will report that they cannot get past one of the intro splash screens to launch the game properly. If this happens to you, we recommend you check to see if you have an update waiting for you. Updating the app directly often does the trick; if it doesn't, then we recommend you uninstall and reinstall the game to make sure it installs properly onto your device.

Users can check if any game application is pending an update by clicking on the upper right-hand three dots on the game app and clicking the ‘Update’ menu listing if it appears. We also recommend restarting your headset device just in case, as this will be a way to kick an update into place even if it does not appear on the user menu.

 

The time it takes to update a build may vary depending on device memory and storage space, age, and wear-and-tear of the device, etc. Our team is aware that it can take awhile to update our game app, so we’re looking into ways to customize DLC downloads and to trim overall download times. Please also note that we can't account for network speed, which influences the download times users feel. For now, we thank you for your patience.
